Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Items marked pre-order will have specific dispatch estimates in the product description — please read carefully before purchasing.


Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    (Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location.)

📦 You’ll receive tracking details via email once your parcel has been dispatched.


International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 6–28 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times depend on customs processing and local postal services in your country.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post or your local postal provider (for international orders).

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Appears to be lost

Please contact the relevant postal provider directly using your tracking number.
